Speaking in the Parliament, President of Ukraine declared that he abolished the offices of deputies of State Secretary of Ukraine.
Besides, Yushchenko liquidated the office of the First Aid of President of Ukraine and reduced plenary powers of Secretary of National Security and Defense Council.
