Victor Boiko was relieved of his position of Chairman of the State Committee for State Material Reserve by a presidential decree on Tuesday, the presidential press service informed.
According to the decree, Boiko was dismissed under article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On peculiarities of dismissal of persons, who combine their deputy mandate with other activities".
Victor Boiko was appointed Chairman of the State Material Reserve Committee on March 30, 2005. He failed to give up his deputy mandate (People's Party faction) and combined it with the executive post.
