Parliament to consider Yekhanurov candidature on the PM post and to listen to the report concerning “Gongadze’s case”

Vladimir Litvin, Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, proposes to listen to the report of VR Temporal committee of inquiry, headed by Grigory Omelchenko, concerning investigation of murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze tomorrow.

According to Litvin, it is needed to be done for preventing any accusations (of complicity – ed.)

Additionally, the candidature of Yuri Yekhanurov will be submitted for approval by parliament on the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine.As reported by Litvin, Yekhanurov will address the parliament for 30 minutes and will answer the questions another 45 minutes. Next 45 minutes after the Yekhanurov’s appearance deputies will consider his candidature.
