Former Chairman of Security Service of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov considers that the team of President Victor Yushchenko prepares edicts, which provides for delivery of whole sea regions of Ukraine to foreign companies for operation, ForUm’s correspondent reported.
“Without any contests, without any distributive agreements they give instructions to deliver whole sea regions to foreign companies,” said Turchinov.
“I will not be surprised if someday it turns out that the shelf of Black and Azov Seas does not belong to Ukraine any more,” Turchinov added.
