The deputies Vladimir Filenko and Taras Stetskiv call Ukrainians to come to Maidan (Independence Square) on September 21 for celebration of the “orange revolution” anniversary.
“Our revolution has become the continuation of the centuries-old struggle of the Ukrainian people for freedom and justice. Maidan personifies Ukrainians’ energy and courage, mass character and persistence, longing for changes in policy and economy,” deputies announce.
In their opinion, Maidan was the only mean to solve the conflict between the people and the power.
“Besides, Maidan served as a decisive argument, with the help of which Victor Yushchenko has become President of Ukraine. That’s why the Ukrainians’ expectations for great changes in all spheres of public live are and will remain very high”.
