Urmas Paet Minister for Foreign Affairs of Estonia stated that Estonia supports exterior political course of Ukraine and claims to offer Ukraine a market economy status.
He visited Ukraine on his way back to Estonia from the USA. Urmas Paet met his Ukrainian counterpart Boris Tarasuk and discussed the internal political situation of Ukraine, bilateral relations, UNO reformation and other issues.
Tarasuk pledges that despite all, Ukraine will not give up to join the EU.
“We back Ukrainian’s status of market economy because it will benefit Euro integration and development of economy. We will do all our best to back Ukraine on its course,” stated Paet. He expects Ukraine will pass all WTO drafts.
