“The unique civilized corruption was formed in Kiev. All deputies of Alexander Omelchenko Kiev Mayor are charged with a certain profitable segment of market. All problems must be solved only with their agreement on it,” stated Tomenko.
He pointed out the symbiosis of business and power on example of Kiev.
According to Tomenko, instead of Yushchenko’s surrounding where two or three people have a power over all Ukraine, only five or seven authorities of Kiev City Administration divided all Kiev’s market.
Tomenko stated that Polish magazine publishing the top of the richest people of the world may include someone of Omelchenko’s deputies in the nearest future.
“Poroshenko should wait for new competition form the side of Kiev City Administration” added Tomenko.
