European Commission represented EU Council of Ministers with its recommendations concerning the EU mandate for negotiations with Ukraine. The target of negotiations is the liberation of visa-regime for Ukrainian citizens.
Antonio Fernandes EU Press Service Representative confirmed the fact of representation. Besides, the following procedure is a quiet complicated because twenty-five governments of EU countries must examine the recommendations for the next several weeks. So, the negotiations with Ukraine will start in several weeks not earlier.
The EU press service refused to provide more information concerning the plot of the recommendations. Fernandes stated that recommendations consist of some directives which must not be known before the negotiations.
