Traian Basescu President of Rumania called the great problem of Yushchenko. According to him, it is Kuchma’s inheritance. Addressing a meeting before the would-be political scientists, Basescu also appealed to the EU and NATO to provide Ukraine with financial support.
He stated that it is not enough only to applause Yushchenko’s victory the EU and NATO must provide financial aid as well. Basescu reckons that Yushchenko has problems with structures which he got as a inheritance from Kuchma.
President of Rumania stated that Ukrainian situation remained him his own in the beginning of the 90s. It was right after the Comunist regime of Nikolae Chaushesku failed in Rumania.
