After visiting Ukraine, WBC, WBA and IBF champion, super heavy-weight boxer Mike Tyson came to the conclusion that “the kindest people in the world live here.” It was reported by Ukrainian boxer Vitaly Klichko, who organized excursion for Tyson and narrated about Kiev’s sights.
“Tyson was astonished by warmness, which Kievers and city guests met him with. Finishing the walk, Tyson pointed out that the kindest people live in Ukraine,” stated Ukrainian boxer.
According to Klichko, “Mike was different during the visit; there was no aggression, but curiosity only. He asked a lot of questions, was interested in Kiev history and citizens’ mentality.”
Ukrainian boxer underlined that Tyson liked Kiev “very much”. “He said he saw many cities, which have parks, but it is the first time he see park, in which city is build. Mike was surprised that he has never heard about the beauty of this city. He is sorry about that he has come here only now,” said Klichko.
During his visit Tyson visited Odessa, Sevastopol and Kiev.
