Valery Konovalyuk deputy Chairman of Budget Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the leader of Trudovaya Ukraina (Labor Ukraine) Party stated that he appealed to President of Ukraine with the open letter.
The letter reads about emergency situation of Ukrainian economy. The deficit of the state budget amounts 12 milliard UAH.
Konovalyuk demands to assume the measures before the parliamentary elections.
