If Ukrainian government does not change state policy towards national agriculture the grave crisis will capture all agrarian enterprises. Such conclusion was done by participants of the regional agrarian congress. The representatives of Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd and Zaporozhye regions took part in it.
Ukrainian agrarians have too many problems. The main of them are following: expensive combustive-lubricating materials, deficit of modern technics and lack of funds to buy it, refusal of banks to provide farmers with lax credits, sway of middlemen on the market and so on.
However, the urgent problem is still land one. The second President pledges agrarians to guarantee the land property but the project of an act has yet laid in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The state strategy of agrarian development is still a dream. The farmers accuse executive branch of such terrible situation of the field.
