Pechersky district court of Kiev dismissed the action of Vladimir Kolesnichenko against President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko concerning illegal decree “On liquidation of state traffic police of Ukraine.”
During the court session Kolesnichenko made his demands public. The main motive of the claim is that Yushchenko violated the law.
The opposite side in person of Ministry of Justice demanded to dismiss the claim, having declared that President acted within the bounds of vested plenary powers.
