Chernovtsy Department Fighting Organized Crime has brought an action against four persons involved in production, transportation and sale of opium extract in several regions over Ukraine. Three of them have previous convictions.
Officials of the Department informed that two criminal were immediately arrested and two signed the recognizance not to leave town.
The criminal case was instituted according to article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is going on.
