EU charged the European Committee to hold the negotiations with Ukraine about simplifying visa regime for Ukrainians.
"Every capital of the EU countries-members gave a positive reply for the mandate of Euro Committee to hold such negotiations with Ukraine," said vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko yesterday.
Such negotiations between Ukraine and EU may be held already in September.
According to vice Minister Ukraine was visited by more than 3,5 million foreigners for the first 7 months in 2005, while for the whole 2004 - just about 3,1 million.

As a reminder, Ukraine cancelled visas for Canadians, for citizens of EU countries, Switzerland and Japan, who stay in the country not longer than 90 days.
