Cabinet of Ministers formed a special working group charged with development of metropolitan in Ukraine. The group is headed by the vice PM Roman Bezsmertny.
Charges of the group include development of a scheme of metropolitan financing from state and local budgets. The scheme should be ratified before the end of September.
As a reminder, Cabinet approved Conception of State special program of building and development of metropolitan in Ukraine, worked out by Ministry of Transport and Communication. Conception provides for prevention of man-caused threats and gives a possibility to renew rolling-stock and to keep it in proper state.
