The Cabinet of Ukraine introduced limits for spam. The corresponding resolution of the government regulates the providing and receiving of telecommunication services.
The new rules prohibit organization of subscription and spam.
The document defines the actions which are classified as spam: electronic mass messages does not consist of full name, real address or e-mail of sender and cannot be terminated by the first request of recipient.
Besides, it strictly prohibit to use network identifications of other persons, to falsify them or use non-existing identification; to commit or to assist actions which prevent work of other users to get Internet access or prevent proper functioning of provider or operator.
The document is based on article 33 of the act of Ukraine "On telecommunications."
