The State Tax Administration is accused of non-execution of President's commissions.
In particular, the thing is that President of Ukraine charged the State Tax Administration of Ukraine with paying back the debts on compensations of value-added tax (VAT) by July 1. But the high officials of Tax Administration illegally spent money which had to be spent on the fulfillment of President's commissions.
Ukraine was damaged by 18 million UAH ($3.6 million) as a result of non-transparent actions of tax officials.
