President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has signed the act passed by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On changes into the Act of Ukraine 'On development of motor-car industry." The official site of President of Ukraine states that the act comes into force since the day of publishing.
The changes abolish the criteria regulating the place of car, motorcycle and spares production. Such measure deprives all tax advantages for enterprises producing cars by import spares.
