Boris Tarasuk, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is to take the floor today in the opening of the VII International Congress of Central and East European Researches.
The three-day forum is opened by Joschka Fisher, Federal Foreign Minister. Alexander Kvasnevsky, President of Poland is also expected to make a speech.
The main issue of the Congress is the future of Europe.
Yuri Andrukhovich, Ukrainian famous modern writer is one of the guests of the Congress.
