The second YES "Ukraine in the EU: the next steps?" has started in Livadiya palace.
The seminar was organized by YES - Yalta European Strategy. The target of the conference is to develop of relations between Ukraine and the EU.
The present seminar is the continuation of the work started in 2004 and directed on the support of European future of Ukraine in the EU's structures and the researching of corresponding reforms.
The following participants are taking part in the seminar: the famous politicians, political scientists, bankers, businessmen and public figures of Ukraine, Russia and the EU. In particular, Steven Bayers, the member of the British parliament, Viktor Pinchuk, Ukrainian tycoon and the deputy of Ukraine, Manfred Grund, the deputy of Germen parliament and others came to Yalta.
Boris Nemtsov, the Advisor of President of Ukraine and the Executive Director of Deutsche Bank are to come to Yalta for participating in the Seminar.
There are two sections in the body of the Seminar: "Recommendations of European Business for Ukraine: How to Force economic development of the country" and "Recommendations of Social and Political Leaders of the EU for Ukraine: How to Reach European Standards."
Anatoly Matvienko, Crimean PM opened the seminar with welcoming speech.
