President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has asked the State Secretary Alexander Zinchenko to examine the issue of Russian-Ukrainian bilateral development prospects, in particular, in the airspace sphere. Yushchenko charged to set up a respective working group and to conduct working meetings with Russia's top officials, the Ukrainian President's press service has reported.

As reported earlier, the first vice PM Anatoly Kinakh had said he was concerned with the lack of an efficient mechanism of cooperating with Russia. No meetings of the intergovernmental commission are convened as the Presidents of the two states decided to replace it with an interstate commission comprising Putin and Yushchenko, which has not been set up yet, RBC reported.
