The protocol was signed by the Ukrainian Minister of Economics Sergey Terekhin and the first deputy Foreign Minister of Japan Ai Sava.
As a reminder, the bilateral negotiations with 36 countries, among which are the US, China, Australia and Argentina, have been already finished.
