Lugansk region plans to produce diesel oil and petrol from coal by technology of South African Republic’s company, as reported by the head of Lugansk regional administration, Aleksey Danilov.
"We are preparing grounded propositions for the Prime Minister of Ukraine concerning this matter. In the nearest future our specialists will depart for South African Republic, where there are first in the world fuel plants, which produce petrol and diesel oil from coal," said he.
"By the way, coal processing equipment was installed after an embargo on oil and gas had been put, and when South African Republic was a "closed" country. And they feel good producing useful matters from coal. We are negotiating with the Ambassador of the Republic during three months. It is a great work, which can not be done during day or two," pointed out Danilov.
