Viktor Yushchenko signed the Act of Ukraine "On Vine and Viticulture," the official web-site of the President informed.
The Act regulates the legal relationship of this sphere of Ukrainian economy: the growing and vine production, the rights and obligations of the producers, the powers of the law enforcement agencies on the struggle with counterfeit production.
The Act is applied to both juridical and natural persons, who produce, sell, export or import such production. The Act will not be applied to the private producers of vine for personal needs.
