The president of Ukraine, Victor Yushchenko, declares that the result of his visit to Austria is investments in Ukraine in the amount of 1.2 – 1.5 milliard euros.
"We have discussed the possibility of investments, which make about 1.2 – 1.5 milliard euros. These are not bad expectations. Ukrainian side will provide corresponding clear and efficient principles of work," said Yushchenko during the press-conference in Vienna.
He pointed out that "very productive and intensive negotiations" were conducted during the meeting with business circles. "They have full confidence in Ukraine, and they have the desire to come to Ukraine," said Yushchenko.
The president also underlined that during negotiations he informed businessmen about "unique investment platform" in Ukraine. In particular, the power managed to achieve political, economical and social stability in the country for the last five months.
Today the president of Ukraine returns to Kiev.
