GOPP’s report says that Sergey Farenik had forged the documents about origin and realization of Turkmenian gas in 2002-2004. As a result, gas had been sold at less than fair value, and Ukraine had a loss in the amount 60 million UAH, Obcom reported.
Sergey Farenik denies the accusations and states that law enforcement had already checked these facts some years ago and found out that there were no violations.
