The members of Communistic Party of Ukraine did not give the opportunity to the president of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe, Rene van der Linden, to take the floor in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
PACE delegation arrived in session hall of VR, but the appearance did not take place, as communists had blocked the tribune and turned on the megaphones’ sirens.
People’s deputies greeted the foreign guests with applause.
The delegation has left the session hall.
The sirens buzz all the time and prevent the work of Supreme Council. In such way the CPU faction tries to impede the consideration of bill drafts concerning Ukraine’s entry into WTO.
