The sum will be divided to following parts: 15 million - by grant, 10 million - by loan with 0,75% per annum for 40 years.

It is provided by the intergovernmental agreement on financial and technical cooperation in 2005 between Ukraine and Germany, signed today in Kiev.

The agreement was signed by the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine, Volodymir Ignashchenko, and the chief of German Federal Ministry on Economic Cooperation and Development, Leo Kroy.

The agreement stipulates that 20 million are given for financial cooperation programs and 5 million - for technical cooperation programs.

The bilateral cooperation between two countries has started in 2002. The sum of the previous loans amounts €20 million.
