The head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine,Valentina Semenyuk, stated that the land would be sold by auction. Such conclusion was made after the session of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine (NSDCU).
According to her words, NSDCU proved the corresponding draft and sent it to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The draft stipulates "open auctions, advertisings in the mass media and the competion rules" for the sale, Novosti-Ukraine reported.
She also reported that the land sale would be conducted by the liberated procedure and the reduced terms. The government and NSDCU reckon that it will benefit the investment climate in Ukraine.
Semenyuk stated that the enterprises would be sold along with the territory of their situation. According to her words, it will increase the budget incomes. She absolutely proved the draft.
