The chief of temporary investigation parlamentary comission on Yushchenko’s poisoning, the deputy, Vladimir Sivkovich, stated that the date of the expertise did not point at all.
"The prosecutor general is manipulating now with the facts concerning the poisoning," stated Sivkovich today coming out in the public in Interfax-Ukraine agency. "Piskun (...) has lied about the named expertise," mentioned the deputy.
He was puzlled by the objects being subjected to the expertise - "blood test, poison test or theoretical conclusions."
Besides, the deputy informed that he filed a request about Korpan’s removal from the expertise. According to this request, doctor in charge, Nikolay Korpan, is the person concerned and the participant of the case, that is why he must not take part in the expertise.
