The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko calls to revise the procedure of abstraction of land in Ukraine.
Yushchenko pointed out that presently it is very complicated to get the property right on a land lot for municipal and investment projects.
"We have irrational procedure of abstraction of land. It criminalizes the relations between an investor and the power, forces an investor to stand in line on abstraction of land during many years," said Yushchenko on the meeting of National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine on Wednesday in Kiev.
The president considers that vagueness in the procedure of abstraction of land causes corruption, and only clear and transparent procedure can overcome this problem.
