The presidents of Ukraine and Poland are going to take part in the grand opening of memorial dedicated to soldiers of Ukrainian Galitskaya Army and Polish heroes buried in Lychakovske cemetery in Lviv in 1918-1919.

Poland and Ukraine could not make settlement concerning this question for many years. Poland wanted the memorial to contain the inscription "Polish soldiers heroic fell in battle for the Motherhood." Ukrainians did not agree wth the word "heroic," Interfax-Ukraine reported.

During the visit the presidents will conduct meeting "tête-à-tête" and make a tour of the city, the presidential press secretary, Irina Gerashchenko, reported.
