Today Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has given a bill its first reading. The bill draft providers for dismissal of deputies – duel jobholders.
In case if during 15 calendar days a person illegally combines the plenary powers of a deputy with other positions, appointment on which is performed by the president or Cabinet of Ministers, and if a person refuses to resign from plenary powers voluntarily, then the government or the president will be allowed to relieve this person from his post.
