During the joint meeting of the political council of Party of Regions Crimea department , Russian community of Crimea and representatives of the party "Russian bloc" it was signed an agreement concerning formation of public-political Bloc of Victor Yanukovich (BVY).
The press-service of Yanukovich reported that "the Bloc has five basic tasks: giving the status of the second state language to the Russian language, dual citizenship, development of federative structure, development of social oriented state and strengthening of Ukrainian-Russian cooperation."
