Western Regional Customs house will be annulled in a week, the head of the department, Vladimir Scomarovsky, reported. WRC will be divided into three services: Kharkov, Sumy and Poltava regions.
This is one of the innovations done by new direction of the State Customs House of Ukraine. The second one is the liberation of the procedure of custom.
According to new rules, the customs official may not examine the freight if a client has has a fair name or freight is out of suspicion.
Clients of customs house joke that "unfortunately" there is only one drawback - the lack of private contact with custom official, Tribuna reported. It means that the human element is equal to zero for such situation.
Scomarovsky also annulled 400 instructions that made the procedure hard, and created the system of "single window."
