The "Studio 1+1" share sale transaction to the Private Bank has almost finished, reported. Alexander Tkachenko will be most probably the head of the "pluses," with whom the administration of the Private Bank has been holding the negotiations till that time.

Regarding the transaction itself, its conclusion is rather problematic as there are still the judicial decisions over the illegal introducing of the licenses to the TV Channel "1+1," thus allowing them to broadcast on the Second National Channel.

More of that Boris Fuksman and Alexander Rodniansky, who own about 40% of the shares are trying to sell them as soon as possible, because several days ago according to the complaint of the TV Company AITI the Supreme Court of Ukraine decided to come back to the beginning of examining the case, that remained unchanged since the regime of Kuchma.

Thus, no matter who will buy "plusses," the decision will be appealed.

The correspondent of addressed to the director of TV Company AITI, Vladimir Orlov to comment the situation:

-We have already warned that sooner or later such situation may arise. And now I want to tell the potential buyers of the TV Company "1 + 1," that the TV Company AITI was illegally deprived of the right to broadcast on the Second National Channel. We are sure that the justice will win and our company, that bore losses, will get its legal right to broadcast on the Second National Channel.
