The vice-premier on administrative and territorial reform, Roman Bezsmertny, reported that the USNU’s leadership conducts consultations with the leader of "Reforms and Order" party, Viktor Pinzenyk, in order to unite the parties and to conduct party congresses together.

He also added coming out in the press conference that some local "R&O" leaders rejected the initiation of NSNU to unite. But despite all that he expects creating the strong coalition for the elections-2006, "Internet reporter" informed.

He characterized the existing situation in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as unstable one and recommended to create the parliamentary majority.
