On June 19-20, the president of Mexico, Vicente Fox Quesada, will come to Ukraine with the first state visit, the deputy director of the press-service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Svistkov, reported.
During the visit the president of Mexico will meet with the president of Ukraine, Victor Yushchenko, the prime minister, Julia Timoshenko, and the speaker of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Vladimir Litvin.
During the meeting the matter will concern the development of Ukrainian-Mexican relations.
As a result of the meetings it is planned to sign joint statement of the presidents and several bilateral documents.
Vicente Fox Quesada will be accompanied by a group of influential Mexican businessmen, who will conduct meetings with entrepreneurs of Ukrainian union of manufacturer and entrepreneurs and Trade-industrial chamber, and will discuss the issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, including investments.
Within the framework of the visit the ceremony of official opening of Embassy of United Mexican States will take place in Kiev.
