The president of France, Jacques Shirak, and Ukrainian prime minister, Julia Timoshenko, have exchanged a word with each other instead of 26 minutes of planned communication.
Informal communication between them was planned to take place in Le Bourget Air Show during the demonstration of flights. In particular, Timoshenko and Shirak were to sit together and have 26 minutes for discussion, "Obkom" reported.
