The head of Ukrainian State property Fund, Valentina Semenyuk, notified that she would resign if the government did not stop to abuse the law. She meant the situation with re-privatization when the government intended to conduct the procedure of the tender in shortened time and "ruled by its own regulation."
Semenyuk's re-privatization project was sent to Verkhovna Rada when she had been the deputy, "Novosti-Ukraine" reported.
