The deputy state secretary, Markian Lubkivsky, declared that State Secretariat of President of Ukraine welcomes the placement of the residence of RF president, Vladimir Putin in Crimea, as well as the residences of other foreign states' heads, who wish to be accommodated.
"I consider that residence placement will provide a rest for foreign presidents during their staying in Ukraine and will positively influence the image of Ukraine," admitted Lubkivsky.
According to him, presence of residences of other states' heads in Ukraine can positively influence decisions of especial practical questions. It will become possible to discuss this or that problem at informal level, "as they say, without ties."
