Regular meeting of Church Council took place in Rovno with the assistance of the chairman of Rovno regional state administration, Vasily Cervoniy.
The main question of the meeting was the reaction of priests on the problem of occult practice in public life of the city and population being busy on Sunday during divine services in the city cathedrals. It was also discussed the question about city motion for the sake of Jesus Christ, which would take place on June 19.
More than ten religious confessions participated in the Council meeting. The participants decided to address city community with explanation of Sunday’s holiness and the evil which is occultism. They also decided to inform Mass Medias that advertising of occult practice violates ethics.
