The chairman of USPF, Valentina Semenyuk, did not agree to reduce the term of tender procedure when the premier of Ukraine, Julia Timoshenko, had charged her to do it. The law does not let her to reduce the term of re-privatization tender concerning "Krivorozhstal," said Semenyuk going on the National radio air today.

According to her words, such tender must be prepared in the period of 45-75 days instead of a month requested by Timoshenko. It is stated by the norm of the State program of privatization. The information about the tender for purchase of strategic enterprises must be published 75 days before its beginning. The results of the last year tender for purchase of "Krivorozhstal" were appealed because of the violation of this term. We remind that the last tender was conducted in 30 days.

Besides, the Fund has been waiting for the written court decree and stocks restitution in order to begin the procedure of the tender, Semenyuk reported.

The chairman of USPF also added about the necessity of corresponding decree of the Cabinet, "UNIAN" reported.

The advisor of Ukrainian president, Alexander Paskhaver, added in turns that the premier made haste when she had declared about the re-privatization of "Krivorozhstal." He reckons that such haste may cause the skeptical attitude of real purchasers.
