The 5th of June was the deadline of ten-days moratorium of the decreee of Ministry of Transport and Communications "About the obligatory registration of web-resources," "Novosti-Ukraina" reported.
According to the experts' points of view, the registration would be a threat of censorship for the freedom of speech and democracy in Ukraine.
We remind that on May 18 Ukrainian Ministry of Justice registrated the act of the minister of transport and communications, Evgeny Chervoneneko, "About the order of state registration of web-resources."
The state register would not include the web-resources containing the following issues: the State secret; the restricted information; the appeal to revolution; abuse of independence; the public insult of personality according to race, color of skin, religion, sex, ethnic and social extraction, language or other characteristics; obscene language; pornography.
