UNB sent a telegram to Ukrainian banks. It said that the chiefs of bank sections transporting the values had to be graduated from economic, technical or legal departments of universities or institutes, "Obkom" reported.
UNB obliged the banks to have their own operative or armoured transport for the values transition and also their own protective gear, such as helmets and body armours.
