The official notice was sent to the ex-prime minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich, but he did not come to Kiev Department on fight with organized crime, which was the violation of the norm of Criminal - procedural code of Ukraine. The press-secretary of the minister of Internal Affairs, Inna Kisil, reported about it.
"We will examine the cause of absence from interrogation. If it was a good reason, the notice will be sent one more time. If the matter is disrespect for law machinery, Victor Yanukovich will be delivered for interrogation forcedly under escort, according to the article 139 of Criminal-procedural code of Ukraine," explained the press-secretary.
As it was reported before by some Mass-Medias, on June 1Victor Yanukovich departed for Moscow for several days.
