Colonel Evstigneev is one of the accused concerning the case about police corruption, the representative of Russia Department of Internal Security of Ministry of Internal Affairs informed. There are the General Vladimir Ganeev (Russia Ministry of Emergency Control) and six officials of Moscow Criminal Investigation Department being accused along with Evstigneev.
