Cast-iron stele in the form of riven in half heart will be placed near the metro station "Klovskaya" in Kiev. In the center of the heart there will be the biggest in the world tuning fork, which symbolizes memory alarm. This monument will perpetuate the memory of thousand victims of terrorism.
The idea of the monument creation belongs to the International association of inter-religious and international dialogue "Step towards unity". Means for the monument were given by more than 30 thousand citizens of Ukraine.
The Ukraine’s guests – the Ambassadors of the USA and Israel in Ukraine, John Herbst and Naomi Ben-Ami - and also the deputy mayor of Kiev, Mikhail Pozhivanov, participated in the ceremony of capsule’s laying.
