Podolsky court of Kiev postponed for the third time the hearing of "Resnikovich case", as the representatives of Ministry of culture and tourism did not appear in court for the second time.
Vladimir Makar, the representative of the director of Theatre of Russian drama Mikhail Resnikovich, declared that Ministry of culture and tourism has not explained the absence of its representatives and has not given any vouchers.
The representative of Resnikovich does not exclude that officials of Ministry try to delay the consideration of the case. According to him, officials of Ministry called Resnikovich and insisted on legality of his dismissal, but they do not want to appear before court.
Makar considers that such position of Ministry does not threaten the direction of Theatre of Russian drama, and Resnikovich continues to discharge his obligations.
